Didn't we do well?

Members of Silverdale Golf Club (and visitors) should take a bow. Here are the totals raised for various charities in the last year.

Over the year, our Captain, Derek Middleton, raised £872 for Prostate Cancer UK, and our Lady Captain, Linda Pearson raised just over £400 for her charity, Sight Advice South Lakes.

Don't forget those 8 brave members who conquered the Longest Day Golf Challenge (72 holes) on June 30th to raise £1499 for MacMillan Cancer Support.

Also, our Pro, David Sutcliffe (and Edwina) raised £420 on August 18th when they organized a charity day for Lennox Children's Cancer Fund.
