August Opens

Well our Golf and Beer Festival is over for another year. We were lucky with the weather and the many members and visitors who competed were treated to a course in tip-top condition. We received many compliments about the course, especially about how good our greens are!

If you enjoyed these opens then we bring you good news - we have more opens planned for August!

On Saturday 6th August, there is a Ladies Open - its teams of three with two to score.

On Sunday 7 August we have a Texas Scramble Open. Its for teams of four (any gender)

On Sunday 28th August we have a Gents Singles Open. Lower handicappers will play strokeplay and higher handicappers will play a stableford.

in case you are wondering about Seniors, that will be coming up on Monday 19th September if you want to put it in your diary.

Playing in these opens is terrific value for visitors - only £15 per person and the chance to win some great prizes!
