Christmas Cheer for our Greenkeepers

This photo shows our new Seniors Chairman, Roger Sharples presenting a gift of £255 from our Seniors Section to Mark Kippax our Head Greenkeeper.

The amount raised came mainly from the Seniors who competed in the "4 Club Challenge" on the 16th of November, however the total was topped up by quite a few other Seniors who left donations with Edwina in the Proshop.

Roger said that our greenkeepers were the BEST greenkeeping team and they deserved every penny for all their hard work.

In reply, Mark said that the greenkeepers were blown away by the amount and that he and the lads thought it was really nice to be so appreciated.
