Our New Picnic Tables

Next time you visit Silverdale Golf Club, you will see two new picnic tables on the sun terrace. These have been donated to the Club by the Seniors section.

Seniors Chairman Roger Sharples explained “during the good weather, the Seniors like nothing better than sitting outside on the picnic tables after our roll-ups. We noticed that two of them were getting a bit rickety, so we thought we would donate two new ones to the Club. I would like to thank John Waugh, Mike Roberts, David Crayston and Rob Sloman for helping me to assemble them, and of course all the seniors who played with us over the last few years who helped us to raise the funds.”
