Silverdale Golf Club - Hole 11
The 11th hole at Silverdale Golf Club is named "Storey's Ridge" and is a 485 yard par 5 from the white tees. It has a stroke index of 8, but statistically plays a lot more difficult than that.
As with many holes at Silverdale, anything less than straight will get you into trouble - pushed drives will catch the trees that separate the 11th and 1st fairways, pulled drives will end up in the semi to the left and may mean you are blocked out by the trees behind the 12th green.
Depending on your ability, 2 or 3 good shots should allow your next shot to target the green. Elevation is required to hit the green, with a tree strategically placed to catch anything not well struck. Too short and you roll back to the ridge.
